Loci
You have arrived at the Loci page. Here, you can search for a locus, gene, or SNP by navigating through the chromosomes. Follow these steps for a smooth search:
(1) Select a chromosome from the list on the left-hand side tab.
(2) A list of markers in alphabetical order will be displayed.
(3) Choose a different alphabet button to view loci with names starting with that letter.
(4) Select a locus to view the Locus Information page.
(5) This page also lists all the SNPs within that locus.
(6) Select an SNP to navigate to the Polymorphism Information page.
